You can use your Level benefits for a wide variety of items and services, depending on your plan. For example, Food benefits can be used at restaurants or grocery stores. Work From Home benefits can purchase equipment to help you work from home, while you can spend your Education dollars on learning and growth. Dental plans cover dental care up to your plan’s annual maximum, and your vision benefits can be used for eligible purchases at any provider or retailer, including online vendors.
Your employer sets up the plans they want to offer and designates a balance for each one, which is automatically visible in the Level App. Dental and vision plans may have associated out-of-pocket costs, like deductibles or coinsurance.
To find out what’s covered by your plan, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Level account.
- In the Activity section, select the plan.
- Select the Coverage tab. You’ll find coverage highlights — popular item and merchant categories — listed first. To find more merchant and item categories, select Explore all coverage. You can filter by coverage or category to narrow your results.
If you still have questions about your plan, check your plan documents. To find your plan documents, follow these steps:
- Visit the Activity section of the Level App.
- Select the specific plan you’d like to view.
- In the Details section, select Documents.
