If you need to return an item purchased with your Level Card, contact the merchant directly. Depending on their return policy, they may be able to refund your purchase in cash, with store credit, or by issuing the amount directly back onto your Level Card. 

If the merchant chooses to refund the Level Card, we’ll link the refund to your original transaction and restore the amount to your balance. If your transaction has already been reported to your employer, we’ll issue a payment via direct deposit, or send you a check. Most refunds are fully processed within a few days.
