If you paid out of pocket and submitted your receipt for reimbursement, wait until your transaction is complete before you start looking for your payment.
If you've linked your bank account, your payment should appear in your account 3-5 business days after your transaction is complete. (Note that multiple reimbursements often appear as one line item in your bank account.)
If you didn't link your bank account, Level will send a check to your address on file. Checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive after a transaction is complete.
If you don’t see the payment in your bank account after seven days, or two weeks for paper check reimbursements, reach out to Level Support by selecting Help in the three-dot menu of the Level App, calling (855) 400-5705, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
