Account access: Sign up and sign in

Set up your account

  • From the Level App or dashboard.level.com/signup, select Sign up 
  • Enter your work email (or your personal email, if you’re a dependent)
  • Select Next
  • Choose Employee or Dependent
  • Head to your inbox for a verification email to finish setup

Don’t have a work email? Your employer will give you a workspace code instead. Follow the steps to sign up with your unique code. 

Sign in to Level

  • Select Sign in from the Level App or level.com
  • Enter your work email (or your personal one, if you’re a dependent) and password
  • If your company uses SSO (Single Sign-on), sign in with your SSO provider instead (look for options like Continue with Okta, Google, or Apple)

Common access issues

Wrong email or password

  • Be sure to sign in with the method you used to sign up—either email or SSO.
  • Remember to use your work email to sign in (or your personal one, if you’re a dependent).
  • Select Forgot password? to reset your password. We’ll send you a reset link to your email (valid for 15 minutes). 

Identity not verified

  • You might have signed in with an email address that wasn’t connected to your Level account
  • Sign out from Account > Settings, then sign in again (try using your work email)

Other issues

  • It might be too early to create an account. Look out for a welcome email, or contact HR if more than two weeks have passed since your start date.
  • Double-check with your HR team that your company uses Level for benefits.
