Account access: Sign up and sign in
Set up your account
- From the Level App or dashboard.level.com/signup, select Sign up
- Enter your work email (or your personal email, if you’re a dependent)
- Select Next
- Choose Employee or Dependent
- Head to your inbox for a verification email to finish setup
Don’t have a work email? Your employer will give you a workspace code instead. Follow the steps to sign up with your unique code.
Sign in to Level
- Select Sign in from the Level App or level.com
- Enter your work email (or your personal one, if you’re a dependent) and password
- If your company uses SSO (Single Sign-on), sign in with your SSO provider instead (look for options like Continue with Okta, Google, or Apple)
Common access issues
Wrong email or password
- Be sure to sign in with the method you used to sign up—either email or SSO.
- Remember to use your work email to sign in (or your personal one, if you’re a dependent).
- Select Forgot password? to reset your password. We’ll send you a reset link to your email (valid for 15 minutes).
Identity not verified
- You might have signed in with an email address that wasn’t connected to your Level account
- Sign out from Account > Settings, then sign in again (try using your work email)
Other issues
- It might be too early to create an account. Look out for a welcome email, or contact HR if more than two weeks have passed since your start date.
- Double-check with your HR team that your company uses Level for benefits.
