I can't get into my account. Help!

If you’re seeing Wrong email or password

Make sure you’re signing in the same way you signed up — either with email or single sign-on (SSO). If you can’t remember the method you used to sign up, try signing in with email first.

To sign in with email:

  • Make sure you’re entering the email address you originally used to set up your account. If you’re an account holder, this is usually your work email. If that isn’t working, enter a different work email, if you have one.
  • It’s possible that you’ve set up your Level account with a personal email. If your work email isn’t working, try your personal one.
  • After entering your email, select Next, then Continue with email

To sign in using SSO:

  • After entering your email, you may see an option to Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on the Sign in screen. Select one of those options. (You may have set up your Level account using one of those accounts.)

Reset your password:

  • If you don’t know your password, select Forgot password? Enter the email address you use to log into your Level account, and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. The link expires in 15 minutes, but you can always select Forgot Password? and re-enter your email for a new link.

If you’re seeing Identity not verified

You may have logged in with an email address that wasn’t registered with your Level account. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Account section.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Sign out.
  4. On the login screen, select Sign in.
  5. Try entering a different email (we’re looking for the email you originally registered with your Level account). If you’re an account holder, this should be your work email.
  6. Select Continue with email.
  7. Enter your password.
  8. Select Sign in

It’s also possible that it’s too early to create a Level account. Make sure you’ve received your welcome email. If two weeks have passed since your hire date, contact your human resources team. Once they’ve sent us your enrollment, you’ll receive a welcome email from Level.

Are you sure Level is your benefits administrator? Sometimes, employers use Level for one plan and not another. Check with your employer to be sure you’re eligible for Level benefits.
