Find your plan documents

Level provides a benefit summary and benefit booklet for all plans. To view your plan documents, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Level account.    
2. In the Activity section, select the specific plan you’d like to view. 
3. In the Details section, select Documents. 

Your benefit summary provides guidance on where you can spend your benefit dollars. For more details about plan rules and eligibility, check your benefit booklet.
