- For general support: Select Account > Help > Message support > New message
- Purchase support: Select the purchase from Activity. Tap the three dots and select Contact support
- Support center (where you are right now!): Browse resources for common issues and product information

- Phone: Call 1-(855) 400-5705 between 9AM and 9PM ET (Monday- Friday)
Response times
We should reply to chats in the app within 24-48 business hours. For transaction-related issues, you may need to upload a receipt. For the fastest service, chat with us from the Level App or send an email.
