Help signing in

Set up your account

  1. From the Level App or dashboard.level.com/signup, select Sign up 
  2. Enter your work email (or your personal email, if you’re a dependent)
  3. Select Next
  4. Choose Employee or Dependent
  5. Head to your inbox for a verification email to finish setup

 

Don’t have a work email? Your employer will give you a workspace code instead. Follow the steps to sign up with your unique code. 

 

Sign in to Level

  1. Select Sign in from the Level App or level.com
  2. Enter your work email (or your personal one, if you’re a dependent) and password
  3. If your company uses SSO (Single Sign-on), sign in with your SSO provider instead (look for options like Continue with Okta, Google, or Apple)

 

Common access issues

Wrong email or password

  • Be sure to sign in with the method you used to sign up—either email or SSO.
  • Remember to use your work email to sign in (or your personal one, if you’re a dependent).
  • Select Forgot password? to reset your password. We’ll send you a reset link to your email (valid for 15 minutes). 

Identity not verified

  • You might have signed in with an email address that wasn’t connected to your Level account
  • Sign out from Account > Settings, then sign in again (try using your work email)

Other issues

  • It might be too early to create an account. Look out for a welcome email, or contact HR if more than two weeks have passed since your start date.
  • Double-check with your HR team that your company uses Level for benefits.
