Report Lost or Stolen

Report a lost, stolen or damaged card

 

Lock your card: If you believe your physical card is lost, you can lock it to prevent anyone from using it until you find it. Go to Card > Other cards > Physical Card > Lock

 

Report your card as lost, damaged or stolen: From Card, select Report and then select the impacted card. Once you report, we’ll suspend the impacted card and issue or send a new one. 

 

Report fraudulent transactions: Use the app to report any unrecognized transactions in the app. We’ll investigate and restore your balance if needed.
