Purchase Status

Understanding purchase status

Each transaction within the Transactions tab is marked with a status to indicate where it is in the processing cycle. To view a purchase status, navigate to the Activity section of the Level App, and select your purchase. 

  • Completed: The transaction has finished processing.

 

  • Declined: Declines happen for a variety of reasons, including if a non-qualified item or service was purchased, if you have insufficient balance, or if you don’t have an active plan.

 

  • Processing: The transaction is still in progress and may take some time to finalize.

 

  • Action required: 
    • Receipt - if your card is approved, you still may need to verify your card transaction by submitting a copy of your itemized receipt.
    • Member payment: This status appears when a purchase is determined not to be eligible for coverage under the plan. This may occur if the item is outside the covered benefits or if the transaction lacks required documentation.
