Member overview
From your Employer Dashboard, you’ll see the Member page, which lists each member’s name, status, type (Subscriber or Dependent), country, and enrolled plans.
View member profiles
Select a member’s name to access their profile, including:
- Profile: Personal details, Level ID, and contact info
- Family: Lists any enrolled dependents
- Plans: View or manage plan enrollments
- Documents: Access plan documents and their last updated dates.
Member actions you can take
In the member’s profile, select Actions to:
- Print the member’s Level ID card
- Resend the welcome email if the member didn’t receive it
- Terminate enrollment, though members retain access to review claims post-termination

Welcome emails for new enrollees
New members receive a welcome email to set up their Level App, which is valid for 14 days. If needed, you can resend the email through the dashboard.
