With the Level Visa® Card, members can pay for eligible expenses up front using their benefit dollars, without the wait for reimbursement. In the Level App, they can track transactions, review plan details, and access their virtual card, with live in-app chat support available for assistance.
Level supports you in designing customized plans by providing guidance, benchmarking data, and best practices. Together, we’ll determine the ideal plan types, funding amounts, refresh frequency, and rollover options to build the best benefits for your team. Once your plans are live, you can manage enrollment and track utilization directly in the Employer Dashboard.
International benefit plans
Level supports international employees, offering the app in six languages across 75+ countries with plans in local currency. The Level Visa® Card is only available in the U.S., so international employees can request reimbursement via the Level App or online, with monthly reports sent to employers for payroll processing. U.S.-based members traveling internationally can use the Level Visa Card for eligible purchases under their LSA.Members on Level Dental or Vision plans can use their benefits for emergency dental and vision care internationally.

Accessing Level
Level can be accessed by employees on the app or web:
- App: Download from the Apple Store or Google Play, sign up with a work email, verify via email, and follow prompts.
- Web: Visit level.com, select Sign up, and complete account setup.
Once set up, employees can see available funds and have immediate access to a virtual Level Visa Card to use starting January 1, 2025. The app also allows you to track balances, review coverage, upload receipts, and chat with support.
Level Visa® Card
The Level Visa Card simplifies access to benefits for eligible purchases. Employers can opt to issue physical cards, or employees can request one in-app. The virtual card, available immediately, also serves as an ID for dental and vision plans, with the unique Level ID displayed in the Card section of the app.
The Level Visa® Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A Inc. Card usage restrictions apply.
