Level Visa Card
Patients enrolled in a Level plan with card payment support can conveniently settle claims using their Level Visa® Card:
- Virtual Card: Enter the card number into your point-of-sale system.
- Physical Card: Process as you would any other payment card.
- Apple/Google pay - Level virtual and physical cards may also be configured in mobile wallets for tap-and-go payments.
Verify the patient’s network status to ensure accurate billing. After successful payment, provide a detailed statement of services to the member so they can upload it to Level to substantiate their dental visit. Make sure the statement includes:
- Provider’s address, tax ID, treating provider details
- Services rendered and associated fees
Patients will need this documentation to substantiate their transaction in the Level app.
Card Declines
If the patient’s card is declined they are likely not enrolled in a Dental plan that supports Level Card use. Instead, you will need to submit a claim to Level to receive payment via check.
