Using the Level Visa® Card for Vision Benefits
Members can use their Level Visa® Card to pay for eligible vision treatments on the day of their appointment, up to their annual maximum.

Virtual Card: Enter the card number into your point-of-sale system.

Physical Card: Use as you would any other payment card, charging standard office rates.

Apple/Google pay - Level virtual and physical cards may also be configured in mobile wallet for tap-and-go payments.
Itemized Receipt/Statement of Services
Provide members with an itemized receipt or statement of services at the time of checkout. They’ll be prompted to upload this receipt in the Level app.
