Account overview

Your Level account is broken into a few sections. 

 

General
See an overview of key information.

  • Company information: Your company’s name, address, and essential details
  • Primary contacts: Contacts for primary, billing, and enrollment inquiries

Users
Manage dashboard access for team members.

  • View active users: See all users, roles, and contact info
  • Add/Remove users: Control access by adding or removing users

Integrations
Manage system integrations linked with Level.

  • View integration details: Check each integration’s status, type, and last sync
  • Add/Remove integration: Select New+ to add, or use the three-dot menu to remove

Bank account
Manage funding accounts.

  • Bank details: View account name, last digits, and status
  • Add bank account: Select New+ to link a new account

Documents
Access and download plan-related documents

  • Plan documents: View and download booklets, summaries, and other files.
