Funds

Funds can be used for a wide variety of benefits, perks, and stipends. They can be used for anything from food to keep you fueled while you work, or a work-from-home stipend to get your home office set up. Your employer sets up the Funds they want to offer and designates a balance for each one, which is automatically added to your Level Card and visible in the Level App. Make sure to review your company’s plan to understand what’s covered and what isn’t. Dental

Level’s dental plan covers dental care up to your plan’s annual maximum. Plans may have an associated out-of-pocket cost, like a deductible or coinsurance.For more information about your dental coverage, you can view your benefits booklet in the app. To find your benefits booklet, navigate to the Account section and tap Plans, then Dental. Vision
Level’s vision plans cover vision care up to your plan’s annual maximum. Plans may have an associated out-of-pocket cost, like a deductible or copay. You can use your vision benefits on all eligible vision services and products until your plan’s maximum is spent.  

 

For additional coverage information on eye care products and specific plan details, review the Plan section of the Level App by navigating to the Account section, then tapping Plans, then Vision. You can view your benefits booklet in the app. To find your benefits booklet, select View Plan Details in the three-dot menu.
