Plan balance

View available balance
In Activity, select a plan to view your remaining balance, total spend, funded transactions, and plan details. Remember that transactions that are still processing will deduct from your available balance when complete. 

 

Rollover

For plans with rollover options, any remaining balance will carry over to the next benefit period. Claims will be deducted from the available balance based on the purchase date’s benefit period, not the date the claim was submitted.

 

Max balance
Max balance is the highest amount a benefit fund can reach. For rollover plans, any balance exceeding the max will not carry over. For example, if a fund with a $100 monthly refresh has a $200 max, the balance will cap at $200, even with rollover.

 

Balance reset
Balances reset based on local time, your plan’s start date, and the cadence of your plan. For rollover plans, unused balances roll over into the next period up to the max balance.

Refunds

Contact the merchant directly to make a return and get a refund. Refunds may be issued as cash, store credit, or credited back to your Level Card. If refunded to the Level Card, the amount will be restored to your balance. Most refunds are processed within a few days, but can take up to 10 business days.
