Your Level Visa® Card will be terminated when your benefits end.
You may also lose access to your Level Card if you misuse your plan dollars. To keep using your card, make sure you’re following the rules and guidelines outlined in your plan documents. If your card is suspended, you may still be able to make eligible purchases with a personal payment method, then submit for reimbursement in the Level App.
