Invite dependents

Only members with dental or vision plans can enroll dependents. To enroll a dependent on your dental or vision plan, contact your HR team. 

While setting up your account, you’ll be prompted to invite your enrolled dependents who are 13 years and older to create their Level accounts. Once invited, the dependent will receive a welcome email to set up their account. 

After initial account setup, enrolled dependents can create their own accounts, but you can also invite your enrolled dependents who are 13 years and older to create their Level accounts. To invite an enrolled dependent from the Level mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Account section.
2. Select your dependent’s profile.
3. Select Profile.
4. Select Invite. 
5. Enter your dependent’s preferred email address. 
6. Select Send. 

To invite an enrolled dependent from a web browser, follow these steps:

1. From any screen in your Level account, select the drop-down menu next to your name. 
2. In the drop-down menu, select your dependent’s name. 
3. Go to their Account section. 
4. Select Profile. 
5. Select Invite. 
6. Enter your dependent’s preferred email address.
7. Select Send.

To view a dependent’s benefits and transaction activity, switch to their profile by navigating to the Account tab and selecting your dependent’s icon.
