You can set up eligibility and enrollment integrations directly in the Employer Dashboard for fast, secure data exchange. Level works with a variety of platforms, including ADP, Namely, Paylocity, Zenefits, and Workday. For EDI, testing typically takes about 2 weeks after we receive the first file.
You’ll be prompted to add enrollment integrations during onboarding. To view, edit, or remove an integration, visit the Account section and select Integrations.
Level supports COBRA coverage for customers who offer dental, vision, and HRA plans. During implementation, you should notify your COBRA vendor that you’re partnering with Level. You can access and download account structure information in the Employer Dashboard.
To facilitate timely and accurate COBRA enrollments, you should request that your COBRA vendor establish an EDI file. If your COBRA vendor only communicates coverage updates via email, notifications should be sent to email@example.com.
Level includes COBRA employee premiums in your invoice, so your COBRA administration vendor should remit participant COBRA premium payments to your company.
Payroll imputed income
For taxable benefits, you may need to include imputed income on your employees’ payroll. You can download reports in the Employer Dashboard, then upload the reports into your payroll system.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Level supports Google OAuth without any additional setup. Level also supports SSO for the most popular identity providers, as well as all SAML 2.0 and OIDC compliant identity providers. You can set up and manage your SSO integration in the Employer Dashboard.
