Enrollments can be managed through Level’s Employer Dashboard. You can also set up an integration using an 834 EDI file, CSV file, or API, depending on your HRIS platform. If anything goes wrong in your file, you’ll receive an error report that will help you resolve the issue before re-sending your file.
Each enrolled employee will receive a welcome email to help them get set up with the Level App. Member welcome email links expire after 14 days. If needed, users can resend welcome emails through the Employer Dashboard.
