You can choose to provide employees with a Level Card, which they can use to pay for eligible goods and services. If you opt for card support, all family members who are 18 and older will be issued their own card upon enrollment in a Level plan.
Members can use their virtual card right away, which also functions as an identification card. Members can visit the Card section of the Level App to find their unique Level ID, printed on their virtual card.
You can opt to have physical cards sent automatically to all eligible employees’ homes, or require employees to order their card in the app. Members should activate their physical card before use by following the instructions in the Card section of the Level app.
