While your transaction is processing, it may not match to the correct benefit right away. To make sure your transaction draws from the right balance, follow these steps:
- Visit the Activity section of the Level App.
- Select your transaction.
- In the Funds section of your transaction, find the auto-assigned benefit. If it doesn’t look right, select Edit.
- Select the benefit you’d like to use. You can choose between all benefits that were active with a balance greater than zero at the time of the transaction. If you don’t want to use your benefits for the transaction, you can choose to pay Level back.
If your transaction can’t be covered by the benefit you selected, you’ll get a notification. Level will choose the appropriate balance to fund your transaction based on your plan’s coverage rules.
