While Level’s dental plans are generous, they don’t cover everything. The following treatments are generally excluded from coverage: 

  • Teeth whitening
  • Dental memberships
  • In-office dental discount plans
  • Medications
  • Procedures that qualify for major medical health insurance coverage
  • Oral health products

Level’s clinical team reviews select claims to ensure our members are receiving the most clinically appropriate dental care. Unbundled or upcoded procedures will be subject to reprocessing.
