Level covers work in progress claims, subject to a member’s annual maximum. Ongoing root canal treatment that began before a member’s effective date with Level is eligible for work in progress coverage. Crowns, bridges, and dentures with impressions completed prior to Level, with cementation to follow, are also eligible.
