Create an account

  1. Visit level.com. 
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, select Sign in. 
  3. Select Create account, then select Provider. 
  4. Enter an email address and a password. A verification email will be sent to your inbox.
  5. Click the enclosed link to set up your account with your dental practice’s details. Someone from the Level team will verify your account within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email when your account is ready for use.
