Update your account

You can view documents and update your office information in the Account section. 

 

Profile

To see an overview of your practice, including contact information, visit the Account section and select Profile. You can edit your practice name and type, phone number, and fax number as needed. 

Some information can’t be edited directly. To update your office address, your tax identification number (TIN), or your National Provider Identifier (NPI), contact Level Support at (855) 400-5705 or support@level.com.

 

Users

To view a list of users who can access your dashboard account, visit the Account section and select Users. You can filter by name or role.

New users will be manually verified by the Level team before they can view your dashboard account. To add a new user, select Add user

 

Documents

You can access all of your practice documents, including your 1099, by visiting the Account section and selecting Documents. Select any document to view it. 

 

Offices

To view a list of locations that use your TIN, visit the Account section and select Offices. To update or edit this list, contact Level Support at (855) 400-5705 or support@level.com.

 

Dentists

To view a list of providers who practice with the TIN attached to your dashboard account, visit the Account section and select Dentists. You can select a provider to view their network status at each of their office locations. To update or edit this list, contact Level Support at (855) 400-5705 or support@level.com.
