Members can use their benefits to pay for treatment on the day of their appointment by using the Level Visa® Card. The card is authorized to cover any eligible charges, up to an annual maximum.
If they have the virtual Level Card, enter their card number into your point-of-sale system. If they have a physical Level Card, use it like any other payment card. You should charge your standard office rates.
Be sure to give the member an itemized receipt or statement of services. They’ll be prompted to upload their receipt in the app after using the Level Card. If they paid with a personal payment method, they can submit their receipt in the app to get paid back.
