Members can use their benefits to pay for treatment on the day of their appointment by using the Level Card. The card is authorized to cover any eligible charges, up to an annual maximum. 

If they have the virtual Level Card, enter their card number into your point-of-sale system. If they have a physical Level Card, use it like any other payment card. 

You should charge the Level Card with your standard office rates, including the member’s deductible, if applicable. Members can pay their deductible back to Level through the Level App after their transaction has been processed. 

Be sure to give the member an itemized receipt. They’ll be prompted to upload their receipt in the app after using the Level Card. If they pay with a personal payment method, they can submit their receipt in the app to get paid back.

If you don’t provide an itemized receipt, Level Support will contact you for documentation to show what services were rendered.
